I'm a sellout!

I was nervous about my zine languishing on the virtual shelves of Themselves Press but hoped it would fly off them instead. You know what, it did!
Only 30 copies were printed for sale, to go to Themselves press zine collector level patrons on patreon and the rest for individual sale.  That shook out to be 19 individual sales! My in real life friends as well as my cyberspace ones, dug in their wallets and took out a $20 bill in support of my artistic endeavor! I'm betting the stimulus hitting just prior to the release didn't hurt!
I was thrilled to get messages from friends saying they purchased and messages from TP saying the amount left were in single digits and then *poof* gone!  I did wonder however, how many people that don't know me, saw the photos and thought, Wow, Kansas is interesting! and hit add to cart? Did my friends mad dash to buy limit my discovery by others? Will I ever allow myself to just enjoy a good moment for two seconds?
I was asked if there will be more copies printed and unlike the federal reserve, I've opted to not have more printed for individual sale. I like being able to say, it's sold out on the site, sorry! Or thinking to myself, I have a sold out zine!  *wink*
I have talked before about abundance and how the universe is slowly getting me used to good things happening for me.  I have to remind myself to be ready to receive.
This whole experience has been great!  I have to get back at it, put a camera in my hand!
